SCORE programme
The Sustaining Competitive and Responsible Enterprises (SCORE) Programme of the International Labour Organization (ILO) improves productivity and working conditions in small and medium enterprises (SMEs). The ILO is assisting training providers, government agencies, industry associations and trade unions in about 20 countries in offering SCORE Training to SMEs. Since its inception in 2009, the SCORE Training was delivered to 3100 SMEs, covering over 532,900 workers and resulting in improved productivity of up to 50%.
The Training demonstrates best international practice in the manufacturing sectors and helps SMEs to participate in global supply chains. The ILO plays a critical role in identifying and disseminating best practices, carrying out trainings, monitoring activities, performing quality control and providing technical advice on the implementation of the SCORE Programme.
The SCORE Training is modular, covering the following areas: workplace cooperation, quality management, clean production, HR management and occupational safety and health. Module One on Workplace Cooperation is compulsory for all enterprises, while other modules are optional and can be selected according to enterprises’ needs. The SCORE Training combines practical classroom training with in-factory consulting. Transfer of knowledge and skills entails work of an ILO certified Expert Trainer with local experts who will be in charge of providing trainings and consultation services to enterprises.
The implementation of the SCORE Training in Bosnia and Hercegovina will be conducted as part of the EU4BusinessRecovery project, which is funded by the European Union and the German Government, and implemented by the ILO, GIZ and UNDP.

Ajla Alimanović is a certified SCORE trainer. She graduated with a master's degree in management, has more than 15 years of experience in the positions of general, executive and transformational manager in multinational and regional corporations. At the same time, she was a trainer and mentor on various education programs, such as sales, negotiation, business development with customers, sales trainer training and situational leadership. For the past 7 years, he has also been working as a "freelance" trainer and consultant for medium and small enterprises in Bosnia and Herzegovina, and is also an accredited adviser to the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development.

Nikola Bojić is a certified SCORE trainer. He graduated from the Faculty of Economics of the University of Banja Luka. He is employed as a Project Manager at LIR Evolution agency. He gained experience in the design, preparation and realization of regional, national and international development projects in the field of energy efficiency, renewable energy sources, waste management, environmental protection, sustainable mobility, strategic planning, economic and rural development. He has skills in financial and business planning, establishing partnerships with local and international actors and improving institutional capacities.

Irma Dedić is a certified SCORE, GET Ahead and SIYB trainer. She graduated and earned a Master's degree in economics from the Džemal Bijedić University in Mostar, and a Doctorate in Economics with a focus on Crisis Management. Irma is the Head of the University's multidisciplinary study of Tourism at this university. She has considerable work experience in various fields of economics, with special emphasis on management, entrepreneurship, start-up business planning, crisis management, project management, financial management, and marketing. During her 14 years of work, Irma was a mentor in the development of several hundred business and marketing plans. She is the author of numerous works and publications on the topics of business planning and crisis management, with a special emphasis on start-ups. Irma is also the owner of a private company. She also participated in the implementation of several domestic and international projects.

Vojislav Ivanović is a certified SCORE trainer. This business consultant graduated from the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering of the University of Sarajevo, received his master's degree from the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering in Belgrade, and completed his specialization at the Technical University of Munich. The master's degree and specialization relate to the field of production management using information technologies. His area of expertise includes, among other things, analysis, reorganization and optimization of business processes, LEAN management, quality management, design and improvement of company organizational structures, strategic planning. He worked in various positions as a manager, expert, evaluator, but also as a trainer on several projects financed by international donors in the area of local economic development and support to the private sector, as well as on several projects focused on developing the capacity of municipalities and higher levels of government to improve the business environment. and establishment of public-private dialogue with the aim of attracting new investments and employment.

Jela Karić is a certified SCORE trainer. She graduated in business economics at the Faculty of Economics of the University of Banja Luka. She has many years of experience working in the sector of small and medium enterprises in the field of management and finance. She has got 12 years of experience as a consultant for quality management systems ISO 9001, environmental protection ISO 14001, health protection and safety at work ISO 45001. She is a leading auditor for the evaluation of Quality Management Systems according to ISO 9001.

Mirela Omerović is a certified SCORE trainer. She graduated in management economics and completed her master's studies at the UNESCO Department for Master's Studies in Entrepreneurship at the University of Novi Sad. Currently, in the third cycle of studies at the Faculty of Economics of the University of Tuzla, she is writing a doctoral dissertation on the topic of the development of entrepreneurial competence. Her work experience is related to the field of entrepreneurship, from working in the non-governmental sector, government institutions, the academic sector, and recently she is an entrepreneur herself. In addition, she also deals with education in the field of entrepreneurship and project management, as well as providing mentorship support during the establishment of start-ups and the development of existing businesses.

Dragan Sarić is a certified SCORE trainer. He has a master's degree in economic sciences. He completed his master's degree as well as his bachelor studies at the Faculty of Economics of the University of Banja Luka. His long professional experience is related to project management and the project management process, as well as business consulting. He has a PRNICE II certificate in this field. As a consultant, he has been working for years both with non-governmental and international organizations and with the private sector in the region.

Miloš Todorović is a certified SCORE trainer. He has a degree in economics, and he is owner and director of the company Centar za ekonomiju d.o.o. Banja Luka and Cekon d.o.o. Novi Sad. He has 16 years of experience in creating, organizing and conducting training in the field of management, sales, human resources management, Lean Six Sigma methodology and employment. He also deals with organizational consulting. Since 2006, he has been a certified trainer for the world's leading company in the field of leadership and management training - Crestcom International LLC from the USA, and he is also a certified trainer for the Engage&Grow company from Australia for the area of Bosnia and Herzegovina and Serbia.
