The project will help the development of pilot products and enable Tikt Manufaktura d.o.o. to enter a new market of robotic production. The company will use the acquired expertise to create its own robot that will be placed on the BIH market, and later in the region. Room for improvement was also recorded in the area of improving safety at work, reorganization of certain procedures in financial operations to increase business efficiency, as well as marketing (creating a new website and opening a profile on social networks).
